Frequently Asked Questions

1. What documents do I need to rent a car in Morocco?

A valid driver's license (atleast 3 years of experience), passport or ID card.

2. Is insurance included in the rental price? 

Yes, insurance is included in the rental price. We offer basic Collusion Damage Waver (CDW).

3. Is there an age restriction? 

Yes, minimum 23 years old. 

​

4. What documents will be provided for the rental period?

All necessary documents, including: proof of rental, insurance document, contract.

5. How much is the deposit for the car? 

Unlike large corporate and international car rentals, who charge between 10-15,000 MAD, we only take 5,000 MAD as a deposit.

6. Do you have additional cleaning fees in your rental contract? 

Yes, but that is only applied in the most extreme cases. We do however expect customers to treat our cars with respect. Think it like this, the cleaner the car is when returning, the smoother and quicker the handover is.

7. Do you do city, hotel (Tétouan) or airport pickups or drop-offs? 

Yes we do, upon availability of our staff. Please contact us with further details, so we can advise.

8. What is the fuel policy? 

Full tank upon renting and full tank when returned back.
